The Golden Shamrock Bed & Breakfast was established in 2002. Since it’s establishment, many satisfied customers have taken advantage of the “at home” setting and the gracious hosting of owners, Douglas and Patricia. Each morning starts with a breakfast served at your convenience with a tasty fare of combinations of such foods as blueberry pancakes, french toast, breakfast casseroles, fruit, beverages, sausages or bacon, any special dietary needs will be accommodated with advanced notice (Each days menu varies). There are a total of four rooms used for accommodations and up to 9 people can be accommodated. Two rooms are with cable TV. The hosts do everything possible to make your stay and enjoyable one.

We are conveniently located in the foothills of the Adirondack’s and in the Tug Hill region of Lewis County. Our home is in a very central location for many activities including snowmobiling, fishing, hunting, reunions, downhill and cross country skiing, kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, and much more.

We are an all season establishment and reservations are required. A notice of at least one week is preferred but not mandatory.

Some amenities available to our guests are a basement with hanging racks for outdoor clothing to dry and shelves for helmets and other equipment. There is a hot tub available in winter for our customers use. A refrigerator is available for food or beverage storage for guests. Free high speed wireless internet is available to our customers. Also, a microwave is available for use.

Douglas and Patricia are lifetime residents of Lewis County so they are able to help with site locations and special events in the area.
